The kink structure widely exists in various tools, materials and buildings. Molecular junctions are ubiquitous in DNA, RNA, protein, polymers and liquid crystal structures. Broadly speaking, the closed-loop structure formed by inserting, winding and knotting a chain molecule is called a molecular knot. Generally speaking, molecular knot is a closed-loop structure formed by interpenetrating and winding molecular chains. Molecular junctions containing metal atoms are called metal junctions. Although some metal junctions have been synthesized by one-pot self-assembly, it remains to be studied to design, synthesize and prepare metal junctions by controlling the winding and closed-loop connection of molecular chains.
A suitable feature representation that can both preserve the data intrinsic information and reduce data complexity and dimensionality is key to the performance of machine learning models.
